This report presents an analysis of the European Structural and Investment funds programming documents in eight countries of central and eastern Europe.

CEE Bankwatch Network and Friends of the Earth campaigners in the Czech Republic, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Slovakia evaluated their countries’ Operational Programmes, the key documents that will guide EU funds investments in the next seven years between 2014 and 2020. Bankwatch looked specifically at the planned allocations distributed across the ‘categories of interventions,’ the EU framework that provides information about the level of financial support for specific areas and measures.
